We CANNOT alter a menu item on this Allergen-Friendly Menu simply because this is how we can ensure that this product is safe for whomever will be consuming it. Example, if a hoagie doesn’t come with mushrooms for instance, we cannot add mushrooms. You can however remove an item from a hoagie. If you do not want lettuce, then please just ask us not to put lettuce on your hoagie.
Again, please do not attempt to have one of our order-takers to “bend the rules”, because this/those employee will likely be held accountable, and/or possibly terminated. We take your safety very seriously.

We will continue to strive for Allergen-Free alternatives, but at the moment we will be changing our “Allergen-Free” title to “Allergen-Friendly.” For more information, please feel free to check the individual item descriptions.
The hardest thing to deal with, for us, was to travel and find a place to eat that offered safe, and tasty, allergen friendly options. Look, this goes beyond a steak with no seasoning, and a baked potato with no butter.
When our son was old enough to realize that he was missing out on eating pizza, this started him on his journey of making it easier for people with food allergies to dine out.
