We CANNOT alter a menu item on this Gluten-Friendly Menu simply because this is how we can ensure that this product is safe for whomever will be consuming it. Example, if a hoagie doesn’t come with mushrooms for instance, we cannot add mushrooms. You can however remove an item from a hoagie. If you do not want lettuce, then please just ask us not to put lettuce on your hoagie.
Again, please do not attempt to have one of our order-takers to “bend the rules”, because this/those employee will likely be held accountable, and/or possibly terminated. We take your safety very seriously.
